THE PLAYERS

Goaltender:

The goalie’s primary task is simple - keep the puck out of his own net. Offensively, he might start his team down the ice with a pass, but seldom does he leave the net. The Bucks have had several outstanding goalies during their three seasons: David Guerrera (2004 CHL Rookie of the Year, 2004 CHL Playoff MVP), Jeremy Symington (2005 CHL All-Star), Dov Grumet-Morris (2006 CHL All-Rookie team, 2006 CHL Playoff MVP).

Portero:
El principal trabajo del portero es que el puck no entre a su portería. En ocasiones el portero sale hasta la media cancha pero esto es muy raro ya que el portero nunca abandona su portería. Los Bucks han contado con porteros extraordinarios durante las tres temporadas: David Guerrera (Novato del Año de la CHL 2004, Jugador Más Valioso en la Post-Temporada de la CHL 2004)

Center:

The quarterback on the ice, the center leads the attack by carrying the puck on offense. He exchanges passes with his wings to steer the play toward the opposing goal. On defense, he tries to disrupt a play before it gets on his team’s side of the ice. The Bucks have had several outstanding centers during their three seasons: Jeff Bes (2004 CHL All-Star, 2004 CHL Regular Season MVP, 2006 CHL Playoff MVP).

Centro:
Es el jugador del centro el cuál es el lider en ataque ofensivo. El cambia sus pases con otros jugadores para poder acercar el puck lo más cerca a la porteria del equipo contrario. En la defensa el jugador de centro trata de romper una jugada del equipo contrario. Los Bucks han contado con jugadores de centro extraordinarios durante las tres temporadas: Jeff Bes (2004 All-Star de la CHL, 2004 Jugador Más Valioso de la CHL)

Wingers:

The wings team with the center on the attack to set up shots on goal. Defensively, they attempt to break up plays by their counterparts and upset shot attempts. The Bucks have had several outstanding wingers during their three seasons: Eric Schneider (2003 CHL All-Star), Chris Grenville (2003 & 2004 CHL All-Star), Patrik Nilson (2004 CHL All-Star), Brent Cullaton (2004 CHL All-Star & 2005 CHL All-Star), Adam Paiement (2005 CHL All-Star), James Hiebert (2006 CHL All-Star).

Laterales:
Los jugadores laterales en un equipo son los que tiran a gol. En cuanto ha defensa ellos tratan de parar jugadas así como tiros a gol. Los Bucks han contado con jugadores laterales extraordinarios durante las tres temporadas: Eric Schneider (2003 All-Star de la CHL), Chris Grenville (2003 & 2004 All-Star de la CHL), Patrik Nilson (2004 All-Star de la CHL), Brent Cullaton (2004 All-Star de la CHL, 2005 All-Star de la CHL), Adam Paiement (2005 All-Star de la CHL)

Defensemen:

These players try to stop the incoming play at their own blue line. They try to break up passes, block shots, cover opposing forwards (center and wings) and clear the puck from in front of their own goal. Offensively, they get the puck to their forwards and follow the play into the attacking zone, positioning themselves just inside their opponent’s blue line at the "points." The Bucks have had several outstanding defensemen during their three seasons: Michel Periard (2003 CHL All-Star, 2003 CHL Most Outstanding Defenseman), Serge Dube (2004 CHL All-Star, 2006 CHL Most Outstanding Defenseman), Adam Rivet (2006 CHL All-Rookie team).

Defensas:
Estos jugadores son los encargados de parar el puck en la linea azul. Tratan de parar pases, tiros a gol así como a (laterales y centros del equipo contrario). Ofensivamente ellos tratan de pasar el puck a los delanteros.
